I needed a live person to help me with issues that I couldn't figure out how to rectify using the help center. The help center had a myriad of sections with how to do this or that, but it was confusing when I tried to follow the instructions that didn't work for me, and I spent too much time and energy dealing with the system.
I finally figured it out for myself, and two days later I did get a text from a live person in tech support stating he could walk me through my needed steps. I didn't need any help then after I figured it out.

Over time, I have experienced issues that make me concerned my account activity may be affected by unauthorized access, routing problems, or other interference. These concerns include, but are not limited to: inconsistent or unusual behavior while using the platform, possible delays or failures in job-related communications, concerns that my account activity may not be reaching employers properly, and concerns about whether my account traffic or communications are being redirected, filtered, or otherwise handled in an unusual manner.
At this time, I am requesting a technical and security review of my account and associated activity logs. I am not making a final accusation about the source of the issue. I am requesting clarification, documentation, and assistance so I can determine whether there is a legitimate account, technical, or security problem affecting my use of Indeed.

2. Confirmation of whether any holds, restrictions, trust/safety filters, or internal limitations are currently applied to my account;

Ik heb geen betaalde diensten of gesponsorde campagnes ingeschakeld en was mij er niet van bewust dat er enige betaling actief was. Ik heb geen toestemming gegeven om mijn account te belasten.
Het afgeschreven bedrag was zeer belangrijk voor mij het waren mijn laatste middelen voor levensonderhoud. Deze situatie is erg moeilijk voor mij, daarom verzoek ik u vriendelijk maar dringend om deze zaak te controleren en het onterecht afgeschreven bedrag terug te storten.

I just got married and created a new email address reflecting my married last name. It took me days to create the address because it's a common name, so many of the options I tried already existed.
I finally settled on FirstName.MiddleInitial.LastName@, and when I went to update my email address on indeed, their site rejected the email address saying to re-enter it without periods. Again, FirstNameMiddleInitialLastName@ already belongs to someone else. That is a different email address entirely. I've already updated my information all over the web, so I really don't want to try to create another email address.
I'd just like to reach out to the powers that be at Indeed and get some assistance changing my email address.
But if you scour their website, the only help provided is in the form of help articles, none of which cover what to do in this scenario. And if you're using indeed to find work like I am, you're probably already pretty stressed out and don't need this added frustration with zero help.

The DM manager of Burger King Karen by cannon West Virginia is very, very rude and very unprofessional. Whenever you go in there for a job interview, she won't even come out and talk to you, she said somebody else out to talk to you and then less than 24 hours later.
She messages you, I'm sorry but we can't use you with no explanation whatsoever. I'm trying to report her to indeed

I accepted a position with Big T Branding that was listed on Indeed. I worked there two days: Wednesday, Feb 18th, and Thursday, Feb 19th.
On both days, the owner, James Childress, used extreme profanity as a form of communication and motivation for his team. He is the most foul and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of working for. It is both immoral and illegal for an employer to curse his/her employees as a means of communication.
I am making you aware of this because I want you to know what kind of person James Childress is and to cease accepting job listings from him. He has created a very toxic work environment.

No respect to us people when we say I called my name is and then I say I applied on Indeed and they tell us we don't use Indeed. Access to my resume not to be dumping my credentials no matter who reviews. I am out of the office today and more run-around as I use your app.
