I get emails thanking me for my resume but they are not hiring at this time an encourage me to check out others jobs on Indeed. I assume its a marketing strategy to use their app.
However if someone has received my resume with my personal info I would like to know who.
When you call the customer service line. They are Having technically difficulties and cannot answer a call at this time.

Very Disappointed With Indeeds Account Support
I have been facing an issue with my Indeed account for quite some time. My account was suspended, and despite submitting multiple appeals, I have not received a proper resolution or meaningful assistance.
Indeed is extremely important to me as I am actively looking for new career opportunities, and having my account suspended is making the job search even more difficult.
I have been trying to get this issue resolved for a while, but it feels like no one is taking responsibility for addressing my case.
I sincerely request that Indeed review my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I have already submitted multiple appeals without any useful outcome.
If this issue continues without any support or resolution, I may have no choice but to close my Indeed accounts and look for alternative platforms.
Please take this matter seriously and help restore my account. I just want the opportunity to use the platform to find my next career opportunity.

I was applying for UnityPoint for Fort Dodge, Iowa. Someone scammed me out of $20 to download something on my computer.
Now I'm out $20 and do not have a job. The email I got was from rainerwilsondqzqb_ep6@***.com.
This is NOT UnityPoint from Fort Dodge, and I want them to be reported. I would also like my money back.

Resolved: Charges inquiry
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They said they don’t know why I was charged because they had given me a credit so they should not have charged me but somehow I had two jobs running at the same time when both of them were supposed to be paused, so I supposedly have a credit in there we will see what happens if it comes back on again and I get another charge.
I can't ever get a hold of the company, and it just comes off with this website, and it's not even ringing. I sat there waiting for a couple of minutes with no response of anything happening!

Miss leading jobs
You should be able to talk to a live person 24 hours a day and not have to talk to AI or a computer it's sad what this world has come to I have a issue with indeed I have applied to several jobs and can't get hired because I am a convicted felon and no were in the job advertisement does it say oh we don't hire felons

Indeed shows me jobs I'm not even looking for. These jobs require skills I don't have.
Not to mention, somehow my work history has been deleted. Why is it so difficult to show me the jobs I'm qualified for, instead of nursing jobs or sales jobs?

Their platform uses a flawed screening system that falsely claims I violated messaging guidelines as an employer. This issue is directly costing me money and business opportunities.
Instead of helping resolve the problem, support has been completely useless, time-consuming, and ineffective.
As an employer, I need a platform that enables communication and hiringnot one that blocks legitimate outreach with vague, inaccurate violations and then provides no meaningful support. This has been a frustrating and expensive experience, and I will no longer continue using the service.
