Having trouble with my account
Bought the 2024 desktop version I was using an older version. I have spent over 30 hours on the phone with QuickBooks and still have the same issues.
I have had to hire an independent advisor at the rate of 125.00 per hour to do what QuickBooks help could not seem to do although it is their product. The supposed tech support doesn't know even the most basic functions. The yearly cost is 1700.00 for a program that I am still having issues with. Had I not had my company books on the older version of QuickBooks I would not be using this product.
The cost is high as it is supposed to include proper training and technical support, it does not, I have lost time and money as well as having my books a mess due to their inability to even get the original set up correct. I am still unable to use some of the most basic functions and have spoken to far too many different techs even after requesting a manager.

Again, Indeed has changed my account to 2 step verification using an outdated phone number that I haven't had in years. I keep my contact and login info consistent, however, in their infinate wisdom, as per Indeed's history, they have AGAIN locked me out of my account, and btw, they DO NOT answer their 800 Help number during listed hours, or any other. If your're seeking employment, this would be a website to avoid like the plague.

regarding the services provided by your company for my resume. Despite paying for assistance, the service was completely inadequate and failed to address my specific concerns.
Not only did they overlook my detailed requests for support, but they also provided generic assistance that did not meet my needs. Furthermore, my multiple attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction and request a refund have been ignored. It's unacceptable that no one has responded to my emails since 9 a.m., especially considering I contacted the company at 8 a.m. when the office opened.
I have evidence to support my claims, including screen recordings of the subpar service provided and emails detailing my dissatisfaction. Additionally, I received an email response from your company, but the individual seemed unaware of my numerous previous emails on the same subject. Instead, they offered assistance for something that was already provided to me, highlighting a lack of understanding and proper tracking of customer situations. This further underscores the company's negligence and disregard for my concerns.
I demand immediate attention to this matter and a resolution to refund the $50 I paid for services that were not rendered as promised. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt response to rectify it

Never in my life have I had a worse experience on the phone with a company. I called Indeed today with questions about why I would be getting charged once again when the job I had posted was supposed to be free.
The lady that talked or rather yelled was very unprofessional and kept interrupting me and wouldnt let me explain the problem I was having. Then she nastily said read to me what is on your entire screen. I did and she said and you dont see a $48 daily charge? I told her no and she paused and I said is that a glitch in the system?
No answer from her. No wonder I was getting charged $48 a day for something I thought was free! She said you should see a $48 daily charge on the screen and I said well I dont . She looked and refreshed her screen never answering my question because she knew Indeed was in the wrong!
Then she was yelling at me saying I was not seeing it when it wasnt there to begin with.
A little bit of background before this event. I was charged once for $520 for putting up another job posting which I didnt mean to do. The directions on how to do it are not helpful. Then when I called the first time, the lady was nice and explained that only one job was free and she canceled the second one and refunded me.
This lady today wouldnt let me talk to her supervisor after I asked to and said that I was only allowed one refund and I explained to her that it isnt fair for me to pay $48 a day when all I did was open the job back up. I knew only one was free from the last time so why would I open another back up? I wouldnt. I know I can only have one job open at a time hence the reason i unpaused the first job.
She was very angry and wasnt listening to the fact that I said that it wouldnt make sense that I would open another job when the first one was still paused. Why would I do that?
I will be canceling Indeed and reporting this as fraud. It is very disappointing that you dont have good workers representing a company that should represent how people should work.

No bit i was not able to get any response from indeed actually the problem is whenever I get any opportunity and I get a revert email from the employee that you you have to do the assessment but whenever I click on start assessment it shows that share the previous results and I was not able to access the assessment and I was not able to do the assessment so the major problem is that I am not able to do the assessments which have been given by the company so maybe there is some bugs in the application or something like that

I ran an ad and tried to stop it and there was no way I could do it and I also didnt have any applicants and theyre charging me over $500 for nothing and Im sick of it

Ive asked to stop hearing from this company but yet I received something from a job search about this company as if this was a good company its not. I would take them to court for not paying me but I only work for a week and it would cost me more to go after these thieves than I would receive. My next step would be to do away with my indeed account

They hide the profile with out giving proper explanation
They just made my job profile hidden saying it has some guideline violations. But when reached to them what is wrong so I can correct. The response was the profile stays hidden and nothing else.

Not true. I've used Indeed for many, many years and have never received any scam texts or calls because of it. If you have your resume set to public, then that is how scammers are getting your information,
