Poor service

I felt that customer service was simply reading notes from a script. I was provided the same generic information as I did in an email.

I was told there was no one else I could speak to in order to help me. I simply wanted to use their service to hire employees in my business. The documents I provided were denied.

So I was looking for more specific details on what they were looking for. The customer service agent could not answer.
