Urgent: Inadequate Service and Ignored Refund Requests
regarding the services provided by your company for my resume. Despite paying for assistance, the service was completely inadequate and failed to address my specific concerns.
Not only did they overlook my detailed requests for support, but they also provided generic assistance that did not meet my needs. Furthermore, my multiple attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction and request a refund have been ignored. It's unacceptable that no one has responded to my emails since 9 a.m., especially considering I contacted the company at 8 a.m. when the office opened.
I have evidence to support my claims, including screen recordings of the subpar service provided and emails detailing my dissatisfaction. Additionally, I received an email response from your company, but the individual seemed unaware of my numerous previous emails on the same subject. Instead, they offered assistance for something that was already provided to me, highlighting a lack of understanding and proper tracking of customer situations. This further underscores the company's negligence and disregard for my concerns.
I demand immediate attention to this matter and a resolution to refund the $50 I paid for services that were not rendered as promised. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt response to rectify it

Fraud
I was contacted my a supervisor from quantum constellation technology. After going through the employment process I was given the job.
Before I was asked to sign any type of agreement or employee application I was sent a check via email for software. The check was for over $2400. I became suspicious immediately. After research the company and name I found out she gave me the wrong CEO name.
This supervisors name allegedly is Rebekah Gros. I was contacted by email through indeed at 1st then through google team where the interview was given. My questions are, do you have a screening process and if so how do people like this get access to your platform undetected. She had all the proper company letterheads, emails and company checks.
I was very excited to have been offered the position and now I cant find enough ways to exploit this person and situation. Im very unhappy and I now question your process for allowing business to advertise on your site. What will be done about this issue?
